To be recognised by this award is testament to the world-class standard of patient care we deliver, and the quality of our nursing teams who provide such personalised and dedicated care to their patients

We strive to create a culture where nurses feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients and teams. Through innovation, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals, we aim to continually improve the care we provide and set a new standard for excellence.鈥

LaingBuisson shared their view on the award-winning submission, on their LinkedIn.

AOA体育平台 showcase a responsive approach to patient care, effectively quantifying their performance metrics while being sensitive to the diverse needs of their patients. Their commitment to stakeholder engagement and the recent implementation of a translation device to enhance care delivery contribute to excellent patient survey results and a commendable low nursing staff turnover rate.
