Mr Charles East is a specialist in nasal and facial plastic surgery and has an international standing as one of the UK鈥檚 premier surgeons for rhinoplasty and facial plastics.
Bio
Mr East is a consultant Surgeon specialising in Facial Plastic Surgery. He graduated from London University and after completing his basic training in Oxford and University College London he undertook a fellowship in Facial Plastics in Seattle.
He鈥檚 been a consultant surgeon since 1993 at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital and University College London鈥檚 NHS trust where he currently works as a key member of the craniofacial adolescent deformity service. Charles is also an honorary Associate Clinical Professor at University College London and has undertaken many academic roles running courses, undertaking research and publishing in his area of expertise. His current research involves redefining and modelling the human nasal valve, as well as monitoring outcomes for aesthetic and functional rhinoplasty.
In private practice, he founded ENT at 150 Ltd and is the co-founder of Rhinoplasty London. The breadth of their practice covers all facial plastic surgery and non-facial rejuvenation with inpatient treatments at AOA体育平台.
Charles is a member of The Royal College of Surgeons of England, Facial Plastic Surgery UK, BAAPS, the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and is President Elect of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe. He continues to be an innovator helping to introduce many of the newer modern techniques in rhinoplasty and recently was the guest editor for Facial Plastic Surgery. He is a founder member of the International Rhinoplasty Research Group.
Charles has a very active clinical, academic and teaching role, and lectures both nationally and internationally on a regular basis. He has an international standing as one of the UK鈥檚 premier surgeons for rhinoplasty and facial plastics and has been part of the Global Masters in Rhinoplasty foundation.
Mr Charles East also specialises in facial fat transfer and genioplasty.
